 Boracay Dive Trip? I'm interested in organizing a dive trip to Boracay during the Chinese New Year Vacation (January 28th - Feb 6th) or so. I live in Taiwan and it is a relatively short and easy flight to Manila and then down South close to the Island. I've spent a couple of months on Boracay once in the late spring but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what it is like there during this period of time. Weather wise? Crowds wise?
