No, of course not. By the time Hitler had invaded Poland and started
taking over Europe, military force was the only option.

History sometimes gives us very good lessons in when it's appropriate
to respond with all the force you have at your disposal. Yes, there was
some question at the beginning, but it became pretty clear after just a
few months that Hitler and the Nazi government of Germany was something
that needed to be stopped by any means possible. The US played the most
significant role in the conflict and defeated a meglomaniac that would
have probably destroyed the world.

But had the German people realized this as Hitler was whipping them
into a frenzy, they might have been able to stop him before he
squandered the will and resources of a powerful country on the verge of
recovery. The entire world was against Hitler, yet he convinced the
German people that his way was right, that the West had disrespected
them after WWI, and marshalled them to invade a country and exterminate
a people that posed no threat to Germany......

Casinos make millions off losers. Boxers make millions off hurting other
people.

Malpractice attorneys help their wounded clients try to make their lives as
close to whole again as possible. They certainly don't win all their cases
and they certainly don't all get paid millions. And there's nothing
preventing the client from suing on his own if he doesn't feel the attorney
is worth his fee. After all, there's no monopoly on suing, unlike the
monopoly on medical care practiced by the evil doctors and the AMA. You can
always bring on your own case, but try treating yourself without access to
medications, lab tests, etc.
