To the best of my knowledge, nobody that has been on any of the adventures
with Popeye has been a homo, but I could be wrong. We simply don't care
and, to be honest, wonder a bit why you do.

As to your question, yes, I've seen Popeye with a female. I've seen him
with several, one at a time and, I think, once, with two at a time. I have
pictures.

Not being a homo, I have to admit that I don't fully understand the
attraction, but they seem to find something to like. Perhaps you have a
better idea what it might be.
