We dived last August from Phuket/Chalong (with www.sea-bees.com) last August
and dived most days, including our 12 year old daughter. There was an odd
day when it was a bit rougher than normal but only one day in the while 2
weeks when we did not let our daughter dive, but apart from that was fine.
