Default UKRS Plymouth next week and tanks

I'm on UKRS Plymouth next week. Only problem is that my only tanks in test
are my twin 7s and I can't get 2 dives out of them. My 12s are in for a
test, but the week to do it I was quoted on the phone turned into 2-3
weeks when I went round there.

So can I borrow a tank(s) off someone who's coming? My backup plan had
been to use my 7l stages and do each dive with 3 7l tanks, but on
checking this weekend, they're out of test too.

I will be bringing the inverted 10/300s and the two single 12L/232s
but, to be fair, AJ gets first choice. My 7/232 stages are in the shop
too but I've got Danny's 7/232 stage which currently has air in it. I
suspect he won't complain as long as it comes back with the 20/30
I promised and it seems a pity to just blow off the air. (Danny?)

Incidentally I put a set of regs on it and dangled it in the sea and
the fisherman's scales read 2.5Kgs (with 200bar of air). Another
number for my collection. Now I know why the weight that
worked on the normoxic course was so iffy last weekend with
no stage. For some reason I'd expected it to be less.

You can borrow my twin 12's if you like. I'm not on the trip and
there isn't a spare place, so you'd have to pick them up and return
them though.

That would be good. You around tomorrow? Would have sent an email, but I
don't think I've got a current address for you any more.

I've borrowed Keith's thanks. Any idea what time we start on Saturday. I
need to get a fill, so might be able to get it in the morning if it's not
too early.

Well Nigel was originally talking about doing the Maine, and I believe
that is slack 2 hours after high, and 2.5 hours after low. So according
to my calcs that would make it slack at 12:30 on Saturday. Any comments
Nigel?

Now I've got the accommodation sorted (mail this evening)
and got my new suit weighted I was going to ring Richie and
see what's reasonable. The Maine is on my list as a dive
that got cut short on me and I'd like to have another
go at it but we have three days. As ever my interests are
more rusty metal than some pile of rocks with a fish
infestation problem but we should be able to accommodate
most people's tastes.

I only suggested these times for the Maine on Saturday because slack is
obviously going to get later each day, so maybe Saturday would be the
best time to shoot for it. As for some other wrecks, how about the
Rosehill, we did it on one of the trips last year and it was quite good,
still with a gun there etc. Apart from that there are rumours of a new
"reef" that sunk recently that we might want to dive.
