Plymouth neck-of-the woods, you also have the Kanteong (a tin dredger,
great for penetration) in 14m off Fowey, the Rosehill (30m), Zanussi Reef
(16m), The Rannies (10m), Udder Rock (25-8m). This gives you a range of
depths and dive types for differing certification levels. Try contacting
Looe Divers (www.looedivers.com) or Deep Blue Diving
(www.deepbluediving.org) for a few other ideas and for info on likely
weather.
