| "Ditto" Dived Ichmeler & coastal in that region, water was clear & warm and the Turk dives boats well set up ... but not a great deal of marine life ....... probably too much fishing with dynamite in the past. Warm water a cracking vis but not that much lefe. "Colin" <cd.blake@tiscali.co.uk> wrote in message news:43e5b81a$1_2@mk-nntp-2.news.uk.tiscali.com... > Any info on where and what to dive in turkey. | I must've been blessed last year or I went at the right "fish season". I was in Bodrum last September. Great set-up with Aqua-Pro diving in Bitez. They stayed away from "the pack", the last thing you want to see on a dive is a boat full of divers. On our dives there was LOADS!! of fishies and "beasties" ;) Nice reefs, drop-offs, great diving. The only other diving I've done in the Med was Gozo (Malta) and Dubrovnik (Croatia). There was definitely more wildlife in Bodrum. I'm not too sure if Bodrum is near where you're going but I hope this info helps, maybe it might be worth doing a day trip there. All the best. Eugene.
