A water pistol can indeed be a weapon for assault, especially in the legal
sense where assault is the mere threat of harm. Actually squirting water on
someone would be considered battery. If Ron Lee somehow dies as a result of
the water squirt, it's gonna be manslaughter or murder. And if you really
meant Turkey Ron Lee and not rec.scuban Ron Lee, the SPCA and PETA will be
concerned.
