| The following question from an old exam paper : "27. USING THE BUHLMAN TABLES PLAN A DIVE AT SEA LEVEL TO 30M FOR 30 MINUTES WHAT SURFACE INTERVAL WOULD BE REQUIRED TO DO A DIVE AT ALTITUDE, 1000M, TO THE SAME DEPTH WITHOUT INCURRING ANY DECO TIME, FOR 10 MIN. SHOW ALL REASONING" I am quite sure that the second dive can't be done, since Buhlman tables allow for altitude diving, but it does not allow for altitude transfers. Somebody prove me right / wrong please ? Safe Diving Monty |
