Cost me about £55 when I bought it earlier this year but you can have it for £35 - all you'll need to finish it off is a set of jubilee bands to attach it to your Pony bottle! Here's a little write up about it... Keep your Pony bottle securely fixed to the side of your tank with the G-Snap III from Portland Oceaneering. The type III G-Snap has all the features of the Original G-Snap but is more suitable for some configurations. The main difference being that it is secured to the pony with 1 pair of jubilee clips (not supplied), and to the main cylinder with the BCD cam band. The female part of the G-Snap stays with your BCD, particularly useful for clubs sharing Cylinders or when travelling abroad. More info... http://tinyurl.com/kl8c Normally sells for £50 + delivery. I'm asking £35 delivered. In very good condition... Replies to jason@bardo.nospam (replace .nospam with .co.uk) |

My MetalSub bracket wasn't the cheapest in the shop but its very sturdy and the quick release mechanism really lives up to its name. Nick |

I did worry that they would suffer from salt in the works if they didn't get washed but, frankly, when the bolt snaps on the rig are all stiff they still clunk in beautifully. nigelH |

Did the clamp actually break/fail, or was it a simply user-assembly-error? Metal-sub brackets, like all brackets, must be fully "snapped" to work correctly, but once so "snapped" they work perfectly. I've had mine several years, I have more than one, they are used very often and they have never failed. Cheers Matt. |
