Hmm? not had a problem with them myself.. always been good to me...
three orders so far... (I think that I have also been to their retail
store).

Is this a postage charge? I don't think it would be an exchange rate
variance as you will have ordered in pounds sterling. Wait to see what
the invoice says, then give their customer services an email/phone and
see.

The email order confirmation had a line "TOTAL TO BE PAID" and so that
should have been the full amount and postage was listed. I have sent them
and email and if I don't get back a reply i'll phone them.

They are based in Spain. There is also scubastore.co.uk which is a
different company and causes a bit of confusion.

Sorted out now and the items arrived today. Although the prices are all
displayed in pounds what they dont tell you unless you read the FAQ
carefully is that everything is charged in euros. The UK price is just an
estimate based on that days exchance rate.
If you pay by credit card though they always give a poorer exchange rate
which is where the extra cost came from. I have complained about this fact
not being clear on the website and they said they would pass it onto the
website developers.

Good point.. and something to be aware of. I think I must have got
quite lucky on the exchange rates the last few times I used them.
