right now I have 3 fills of 3l O2 in a J but only at 45bar
(45*50=2250 /3 =750 /200 =3.75 fills)

I have to know how much the total cost of a nano booster + adapters and
hoses, del etc was in the end

I know it will take forever to recoup the cost based on saving O2 but I'm
more interested in having 200 bar O2 fills

Unless anyone can come up with another cheapish source of boosting

Last time I checked. $1200 can, including booster, fittings etc and all in a
peli box. Then you have to add import duty and shipping.

Contact gordon if you want the full SP.

And boosting from 45 bar is easy. I did, as a try out, boost He up to
210 bar from 10. Just to see what happens, you understand.....

Make your own?
http://www.airspeedpress.com/ sell "IMPROVISED AND LOW COST HP GAS
BOOSTERS".
Has anyone here made one?

Have thought about it - but I can't make one as small as the nano booster
that and not having access to decent engineering facilities

I think you also need to apologise to Gordon for subscribing to his
mailing list with an email account that bounces incoming mail. My post to
scuba-uk got a bounce back from Cruelmail because you've done this.

I can't remember. I was just fannying about to see what happened
if....

But if you have a 150 bar 3 litre O2 for the inspiration, and you want
to get to 210 bar, it takes 10 / 15 minutes. I just plug it in and
leave it going while I do the diluent. Everything seems to happen
quite easily then.

If you want better performance buy a Haskel. But they cost a bit more.
