| Zak, old bean... You just sent me an email which I replied to. I got this: > This account (sharkyyy@ntlworld.com) does not accept email from unknown > senders unless a NetPostage delivery fee of $1000 is paid. Please visit > www.cruelmail.com for details. If you feel you have received this message > in error, please contact the person you are sending mail to. > CruelMail Administration Well you know what you can do with that $1000, don't you... There are other ways to deal with SPAM, this one is stupid. Do you really trust all your email to a 3rd party company? What a great way to lose important email. What a great way to harvest email addresses to sell to the spammers. Wish I'd though of that... Gordon |

I put the CruelMail addy anywhere in the public domain. It has detected lots of potential spammers. All I have to do is scroll down the list, check for a valid subject and sender and allow it through. The rest get binned with a mere mouse click. The few spammers that do make use of one of my used email accounts get reported religiously via SpamCop. -- ferret "He leads me beside quiet waters ICQ 163264 He restores my soul" - Ps 23:2 "Follow, lead or get off the shotline" Make spammers pay... use CruelMail |
