Default B&B in Coldingham

Folks,

I'm in the unusual position (for me anyway) of needing a B&B sat night
in Coldingham - a load of friends are staying in the caravans and I've
only just decided to join them, and I'd rather stay for the evening than
drive home!

So.. if anyone has a recommendation for a B&B / cheapo hotel in
coldingham (or very close) could you post it? (Rather than St. Abbs)

Cheers,

Ben

(my search of the archive brought up "St. Abbs has a caravan park and a
wealth of B&B's - unfortunatly the author of that post was me. Ho Hum.)

The best place I've found for finding B&B's is http://www.s-h-systems.co.uk.

There are Coldingham ones on http://www.s-h-systems.co.uk/eyemouth.html

CAS

PS. Nothing to do with these people at all - I just use their site for
finding B&B's.

Some to try Ben, not recommending any because don't know what you like
but St Vedas was nice for a stop with my partner last year.

Tel area code 018907 then numbers shown
===============================
St Vedas overlooking the bay close by your mates if they are at
Scoutscroft
Tel. 71679 Coldingham Sands, Coldingham, Berwickshire TD14 5PA
(0r possibly now 018907 71428?)
Mrs J M MacKay 50463 Hillcrest, Coldingham Road, Eyemouth,
Berwickshire TD14 5AN
B&B ? 71760 Coldingham
Melville House 71231 200 yds after 30mph sign on left into
Coldingham from Eyemouth
Press Castle 71257 pine lodges W of Coldingham (probably not
what you are after Ben)

Try

Melville House,
Coldingham.
Tel/fax: 018907 71231,
e-mail: melvilhous@aol.com

Was there last year and the new owners made us very welcome. Have stayed
there most years since '91 and it's only 10mins walk from Scoutcroft
Caravan Park (not to mention it's bar!)
