Eh?! What happened to Airhog?!!!! I used to lurk in rec.scuba and certainly

My condolenses to his family

He died in his sleep a few days ago. Coroner's results indicate a heart
attack. He had substantial blockage of a couple of major blood vessels and
was on a variety of powerful medications for other problems. It's unlikely
we'll ever know what really happened, but we are acutely aware of the
results. He was less than 40 years of age.

Kimber,

Like everyone else, I was shocked to hear of Airhog's passing. My thoughts
are with you at this sad time.
