Default First time at show - parking etc

Planning to go to the show this year for the first time.

I have already read that parking is extra, however how close can you park to
the NEC (I am guessing the carparks are airport style and you need a bus
back!) If so and I go and buy a twinset, 2 15ltr cylinders and 100kg of lead
(im exagerating!) how am I suppose to get it back to the car!

Am I missing something?

no buses run round the car parks
does depend which car park you end up in
take a friend then if either of you buys load you can always send one of for
the car while the other kit sits

Always used to be buses when I last went to the NEC (not the dive show)

There are usually buses at the NEC to move you to/from the car parks.

Yes. Regardless of where you end up you can get your car to the door to
collect your stuff providing you have a friend waiting with the kit to stop
it getting pinched.

Buy the stuff bit by bit and ferry it to your car in multiple runs using the
bus & your friends

Cheers
Matt.

It depends which show it is and how far the car park is from the hall.
The Dive show tends to use car parks within walking distance (but it
can be a good walk).
