Um... what are you diving it with? A wide twins wing used with a single will
wrap round it and give problems but if the rig holds it close to your back
it should be tame and obedient. It's the 'wrong wing for the job' that gets
people saying 'wings tip you on your face on the surface'.

Make sure you have it sorted to dump it right out as when you get the
weights right that's how it wants to be at the end of the ascent - I mean
don't get the hose all strangled up.

If you need to do a surface swim blow it well up and just lie back on it.

That's about it. A wing is not a complex thing. It's BCDs that are often
over engineered. Don't forget to draw clear lines in your mind between
the wing, the harness, the plate and the tank mount. Keep it simple and
you can check everything and fix everything.
