Default TX40 reg leaking

Noticed my octopus regulator was flowing very slightly at the weekend, once
placed underwater it sealed.

I have tried washing it out in warm water and still it flows on the surface,
whats the cure a service?

Have you tried the technical approach yet? Just bash it with the palm of
your hand a few times and that usually stops ours. Otherwise it'll just be
a little bit of grit or soemthing in somewhere, just taking the front off
and washing the diaphragm and bits usually does the job.
