Thank you Mr Sherlock for your comments.

Sorry I missed the e-mails I must have been too busy somewhere having a

As Al has said, he's going to add the courses manually. I don't really
think the courses fit in with my list of dive spaces. Quite apart from
anything else, I'm not entirely convinced they fall into the
"non-commercial, share the cost of the dive" that characterises the usual
UKRS activities.

The boat spaces database is for all dives, not just UKRS ones, but it's
only free to non-commercial organisations. Last year Al said he turned
down more trips for inclusion on the UKRS list than he accepted. So
hopefully those people will take advantage of it.

Default IMPORTANT: UKRS Dives List

Alasdair Allan wrote:

The new automated system went live about 5 minutes ago. Please go to
http://www.scuba-addict.co.uk/boatspaces/add.php to add a trip to the
UKRS dives list from now on. The trip will then be put in a "pending"
queue. After approval it will then automatically appear on the UKRS
Dive List.

From then on you can edit the trip details (e.g. number of free
spaces) yourself and the Dive List will automatically be updated
the next time it is regenerated (at 01:30 every morning).

For people looking to get onto UKRS trips, nothing has changed, you should
still go to http://www.ukrecscuba.org.uk/ukrsdives/ as normal.

Al.

Mostly Jason, all I did was fiddle with the "look and feel" round the
edges...

Is there anybody else who can't get this to load? I get a blank page and
the following javascript error:
JavaScript Error: http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js,
line 1:

illegal character.

I'm using Communicator 4.78 on Linux and don't have an MS OS. That
show_ads.js file looks like all binary to me. Is it unicode or something?
$ od -c show_ads.js | more

fine on M$6 and also on Sun Solaris 9 with Mozilla 1.1 Quite suprised
if there is a problem.. Jason is usually quite up on programming for
different interfaces... however, this looks like a Google problem :(
will try NN4.79 on Solaris tomorrow to check for you.

Yep... confirmed.. NN4.79 on Solaris brings up a blank screen
(background colour is correct though)... no Javascript errors.
