Default Freediving in the UK

Hi,
Im interested in getting into freediving group in the UK, ive done a
load of BSAC snorkelling qualifications when I was about 13 but haven't
really done anything since. I looked around for a few freediving groups in
the UK but the only ones I can find are miles away. Im currently @ uni in
Essex; just wondering if anyone knew where/if any groups exist in Essex.

Phil.
