Scapa Flow (best conditions?)

Hi!

Can anybody please tell me what is the "best" (most calm? ) month to
dive in Scapa Flow?
I found lots of reports, but no answer. Seems like it's always "average"
there.

I was there at the end of July and the weather was pretty good - it
was warmish and the wind wasn't too bad. Don't be put off by the
weather, the diving is great and there are loads of options if the
weather on one of the days is a little ropey
