| > Just go for a Weezle Extreme and be done with it - you won't regret it! Any idea what the thinsulate equiv is to the weezles? What is best for all round diving? or would two be needed (i.e exteme plus for winter, an something thinner for summer?) Havent got an idea (I use a NDiver flecaton and would recommend it, but even I am tempted toward a weezle next time round!) The web site lists a section http://www.weezle.co.uk/weightequivlent.htm but nothing appears when I click it! perhaps a email to weezle? |

Hilary is always very helpful. My last suit was a ND Flectalon underneath my 4mm compressed neoprene. I now dive with an oceanic membrane suit, and a Weezle Extreme Plus underneath. There is absolutley no comparison. I will never go back to my old undersuit.... Unless we have a very warm summer! In which case I'll be in my tattered old semi-dry anyway |

| Thanks to Carl who asked for more information on Weezle I have tried to reply twice but can't get past his spam blocker Apologies Hilary "Jason" <meatkutter@spamtotalise.co.uk> wrote in message news:tt0Kb.6835$tB2.67867882@news-text.cableinet.net... > > Just go for a Weezle Extreme and be done with it - you won't regret it! > > Any idea what the thinsulate equiv is to the weezles? > > What is best for all round diving? or would two be needed (i.e exteme plus > for winter, an something thinner for summer?) > > Havent got an idea (I use a NDiver flecaton and would recommend it, but even > I am tempted toward a weezle next time round!) > > The web site lists a section http://www.weezle.co.uk/weightequivlent.htm but > nothing appears when I click it! > > perhaps a email to weezle? > > |

| Depends on how much you feel the cold really and when you will be doing most of your diving. I am an in-frequent diver but always dive with a Weasel, simply the best undersuits on the planet (IMHO). Ray. | I dive all year around with a Weezle Extreme PLus and my dive buddy does the same. You can fault it as a undersuit and I keep warm ALL year long. I have never felt the need to take off the undersuit even when the water warsm up at 17 centigrade. Justin. What model do you dive? Is the exteme ok for all year round use (i.e stoney winter / and summer diving) with a membrane? |

But October's the warm part of the year. How was it like in March? You saw boulders? The only time I was there I saw two car tyres and a discarded thermos flask. My February course has been postponed until April 8-( so I won't be back there for a while. nigelH |

I did hear that the forces are planning to sink an old aircraft (A Buccaneer?) in it some time next year (the Iraq war delayed it a bit) but I don't know when or at what depth it will be put in.
