I teach German and was able to work out what Marc was writing in Dutch
(or Flemish?) as the languages are related. His message is along the
the lines of:

Diving material offered. Dear all. Due to a partial stoppage of diving
activities we have excess diving materials. Ladies' diving kit, dive
computers, regulators, diving books, courses in navigation, PADI

Sorry to dissapoint you, but both "languages" are EXACTLY the same,
there is a variation in accent (dialect) but written both languages
are EXACTLY equal.

Indeed, Flemish is a collection of Diets dialects (*real* Flemish is
only spoken in Northern France these days, as a minority language.
Most Flemish Belgians would have trouble understanding it.), but the
official language of Flanders is DUTCH. There's no bigger difference
than English vs "American".
