Where was this?

Cheapest I have seen it is £95.

I'm pretty tempted with this set up.

Dixon's have some Olympus Cameras for under £200. Not quite sure if
they're fully compatible with the housings.

I just got a 400 and a housing from Adorama.com. There are a number of
places that carry it - I just did a google search on the part number of the
housing (PT016), and got all kinds of hits from all over the world. My
local dive shop was carring it as well - they were offering the combination
of the 300 + housing for about 600$, but I did a lot better going online.

Will be testing it in a pool on Wed, and trying it out in the ocean in a
week or so. FWIW, there is a rebate if you purchase by something like the
17th.

As you might expect, there are lots of adjustments you can make on a
digital camera. I found a website from Canon in Japan (site is in English),
that has some interesting suggestions that are specifically related to
underwater digital photography:
http://web.canon.jp/Imaging/uwphoto/page/01-e.html.

I, too, use the Canon S45 and WDC 300 housing. As well as some add on lens's
and an external strobe ( INON D180). So far so good.

Mario;

I use a Nikon Coolpix 4300 with a Fantasea CP4 housing with attached Sea&Sea
20mm Wide conversion lens. In addition I light things up with an Epoque ES
150 DS.
The system works well and if bought from the right sources can cost less
then $1000.

There are U/W housings available for some of the Canon cameras. Depending
on what you need you may be able to find a deal on ebay or searching
google.com
