Default OT: DIY version of Opur

Doing a search on the net I came across a site selling a 2ltr canister of 02
for £7.99!

If you really want to breath o2? wouldnt a pony and reg (can used a demand
valve as non breathing isnt an issue) be just as effective, and a LOT
cheaper?

Is there a problem in getting a o2 fill without a nitrox card if the cyl
doesnt have a pin valve? Can a reg be bfitted to an adapter to fit to a BOC
cylinder instead?
