Late package deals to Sharm - any tips?

Hi all,
Persuaded the wife that we really need to spend a week away from the English
January gloom in the Red Sea, so arranged a week off work the week after
next. I've tried a few of the tour operators I've used before with
surprisingly little available. Can anyone suggest a good operator for last
minute availability to Sharm.
