Which includes malaria. I was advised by my GP not to be innoculated
against malaria for visits to Sharm, because it isn't necessary
if you're only going to be at the coast and because there are
problems with side effects of Larium in particular.

Every UK diver should be up-to-date with Tetanus and Hepatitis A.
