Default DAN Insurance

Hi guys

Been reading the Insurance thread with interest and followed it down
to read Pete Stegge's account of their treatment of him. My DAN
insurance is about to expire and I suppose it's given me somethng to
think about when renewing. Has anyone else had reason to use DAN
(either in the UK or abroad) and had negative or positive experiences
? If you don't want to post (don't want to admit publicly to needing
to use DAN), drop me a mail at andy_harries at hotmail dot com.

Cheers

Andy

Probably more a case of not wanting to open oneself up to litigation, more
like! I get the impression that DAN protects its 'reputation' quite
aggressively!

Oh yes, its reputation is quite secure as far as I'm concerned.

I had an incident in Canada that I needed medical tretment for last year.
Nearly all was covered by own medical coverage. the rest has never been
forwarded to me by DAN. I had to pay up front. DAN was to reinburse me for
the hospital but I never saw any of that.
