Default Divemaster Insurance

I’m considering taking out Divemaster Insurance to cover the huge amount
of expensive kit that I seem to have collected over the last few years.

My question is, has anyone actually claimed against Divemaster, and how
good are they at paying up. I’m particularly interested in claims where
kit has been left in car boots overnight, acidentally lost/damaged etc.

I’ve trawled through the archives and can’t find any reference to people
actually making successful claims or not.

Cheers

Rich

While I've got the insurance, I've never actually made a claim. I think
Jen has though, I vaguely remember a torch and a reel that went over the
side on a boat out of Plymouth at some point in the past, although I could
be misremembering it...
