Olympus digital camera question

Well I've got shiny new 5060, with housing, plus YS60, plus digital
adaptor.

One thing I can't work out how to do is set the custom white balance. The
manual is hopeless. I can find the menu option, I select it but then don't
know what to do next. Anyone know? I think the menus are very similar to
the 5050.
