At the beginner stage hose lengths are pretty much standard however weird shape or size you are. However I recomend AP Valves hoses as you can shorten them youself. This is not something that is such a big deal but it is nice to have. FWIW I have just shortened my LP hose by about 40cm and did it in stages to make sure I did not cut of too much. -- >replace spamblock with my family name to e-mail me |

I've used the two interchangeably in the past, but I wouldn't recommend it (you get a different flow rate, for one thing...) Vic. -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |

In my liimited experience with mixed sets, I've found that second stages designed for lower intermediate pressures are more likely to free flow and to continue freeflowing when used with higher intermediate pressures. On the other hand, I've not noticed that sets done the other way around breathed harder. Lee |

Seems to just be a favour with basic nitrox compatibility. I didn't look to hard at the brochore at the time while in the shop since I already have a Favour S. :) rhys |

I get a Scubapro R290 Octopus £79 Scubapro Depth Gauge £49 (Why not the Suunto for £39?) if the BCD hose comes with the BCD, do I need a BCD hose? A ROW hose to the BCD £20/£30 - for the sake of £30, if there are 2 types, she could have both?? Job done?? Does a diver/school leave the BCD hose attached to the 1st Stage, or to the BCD when storing it? -- Richard Faulkner |
