two ways of doing knowledge reviews, one fill in at the briefing to allow
the student to also ask questions.
second pre read the section and hand in at the time of the dive, and
instructor can go over the knowledge review and elaborate the section that
the student may not have understood, that is why the student has the book
but no matter as long as the student goes away happy.
