Just as another thought...

Full foot fins usually have your toes poking out the front (or at least have
a hole at the front). Might be worth investigating widening the hole and
having more of your foot squeezed through?

Seeing that the UW hockey fin of preference for many is the all-rubber
Technisub Ala, consider old-technology XXL rubber fins. They are also
less likely to cause injury to your fellow players than plastic ones.

Eyeline full-foot natural rubber dive fins are available in sizes up
to 17. See: http://www.wbhswim.com/training_aids.html and
http://www.eyeline.com.au/View_Produ...ID=&gp=&cat=18 to
purchase them from the US and Australia respectively - they're not
available at retail stores in this country, but they can be
mail-ordered from abroad.

Kiefer (http://www.kiefer.com) is another American company retailing
size 15-17 full-foot fins online.

Yeup - I'd agree with that. I've been looking for Ala's for months - but
it seems that they are either not made, or imported in such small
quanitites that they're just not availiable anymore.

Two UK online retailers offer Technisub Ala fins: Robin Hood
Watersports at http://www.roho.co.uk/acatalog/Robin...S_Fins_38.html
and Aquaventures at http://www.scubabits.com/sp_12970.html. Prices are
£60-70. However, the largest size is 44-46 (10-11) and they have
closed toes as well as closed heels.
