I don't know what the fins are made of (Mares Quattro) - polypropylene? - but this sort of material doesn't normally 'take' paint. TIA Peter. |

As anyone here can tell you my fins have a thick coating of rust scrapped from the various wrecks around the coast. Oh and boat paint, they've got some boat paint on from the time I had to jam them against the bottom of he-who-will-not-be-named's boat to stop me going into the prop. Generally thats about it, if you dive enough giving things fancy paint jobs usually isn't worth it, it'll get banged up, scrapped, and you'll need a new one soon(ish) anyway. Al. |

| Engrave plastics with "Dremel" or similar DIY tool, then fill in with CDR pen, re-apply as necessary... HTH |
