Default Wheeled dive bags!

Bodyglove Explorer Wheeled Dive Pack! £70.

Anyone got one or can recommend another for that ultimate diving holiday
abroad? Got to have staying power!

Just heard I will be restricted to 15k on Ryanair from Bournemouth to Gerona
in a week or so! (((

Don't buy it. My wife has a Body Glove bag and it's cack, poor design
in a lot of ways, from day one broken zips, straps.

Sorry disagree

I've got a BG wheeled bag not sure of model, the main body is large enough
for dive kit. The fin pockets have acres of space, and the front two
pockets take all tshirts and shorts. Only trouble is that fully laden its
25kg+.

Mrs splosh has the 'BG Clamshell' dont reccomend that one for diving, esp.
if your fins are longer than medium size Mares Quattro Turbo 4 wheel drive
avantis. BUT and its a big but, theres so many compartments in the thing
that it takes a week of planning how to pack, and then 4 days involving
using a team of specialist packers to pack. If buying one of these you'll
need to extend your holiday to allow time to unpack and dismantle the darn
thing for stowage under the bunk. I actually considered taking a project
team from work on holiday to assess, analyse, meet about, re-analyse re-meet
about and then to complain about lack of funds - quote "we can't possibly
decide where to put the hairdryer, our systems are too slow and out dated" -
sorry different gripe.

Shes going to Gozo for a month and this is the only bag that she'll be
taking, which for a female is a miracle in every sense.

Try Richard at www.aquaholics.org we bought a Problue Wheely Trolley Bag
from him they are about £79 Stg, it is excellent and loads of room. It
appears strong and we have no problems so far...

FWIW, I use one of these...

http://tinyurl.com/3ae6t

It's built like a brick s**t-house with huge zips. It has a compartment at
the bottom which takes weights and fins, two pockets either end (big enough
to take a compressed weezle) and a cavernous bit that takes everything else.
It has a wooden floor so that it doesn't go floppy on you (nothing worse!)
and wheels and a handle for dragging it around...

....it takes all my stuff bar the cylinder. IIRC it cost the equivalent of
about £60 when I was in Florida. You can get them online tho.

I got my hands on a Ralftech Extreme bag last week, nice build quality and
for such a large bag its a good weight(7kg).
You can get two full sets of dive gear inside with no problem.
Paul.

I got a RaftTech bag last year too, well built, good strong material and no
signs of falling apart!

Lucky guy. I got a big IQ wheely bag and broke the handle
first time out. Thin wall Ali tube. I feel some thick stainless
coming on. Subtlety is not my strong suit.
