| looking at having my pony cylinder mounted upside down to make getting at the valve possible, i have a 40 inch hose on the reg and have tried numerious different hose routes and different ports on the 1st stage, the hose reaches but restricts head movement to the right and upwards how do others get on with inverted pony's i though a 40inch hose seemed quite long as it is longer than both my standard 1st stage and octopus hose, maybe the only sollution is a slightly longer hose, if so is such a hose available ? |

It just runs from the valve under my arm and up across my chest. I don't remember it ever being restricting and the hose is nothing special - less than 40 inches I'm sure. nigelH |

Opening pony pillar valve switches on standby air. Obviously run both on the same side as feed to mask. AS you say a longer hose is required, we use Divex to make ours to required lengths. -- Steve Barlow |
