| Hi I am constantly reading about dissatisfaction with LDS's, so it was reassuring to see my own LDS was as good as its word. I purchased a Gates PRO VSN tek dry suit from Wittering divers a couple of weeks back, and unfortunately it had to be sent back to the manufacturers as I have little feet. Bearing in mind the manufacturer was about to close for easter, I thought there was no way of me getting my suit back in time, despite Nick at Wittering assuring me he could make it happen. So, in I walk this morning ready for a day's diving, and expect to have to hire a dry suit, not my favourite way to start the day. Imagine how chuffed I was to hear "Ahh, Mr Burrows, your dry suit is here for you as promised for easter". I have no idea how he got it done, but it made my weekend, and its this sort of service that is the reason why I keep going back. No real reason to post this, except that I am the first to complain when people get it wrong, so its only fair to also comment when they go above and beyond. Regards Gareth |
