| Going to do AOWD in Spain in May, and i need a med certificate. My doc says I need a form for him to fill in - is there anywhere online to get one, or do I have to rind PADI and get one mailed out? Thanks |

Suggest asking them what certificate is needed and from where you can source it. Iain |

I don't think it is actually compulsory. It is a FEDAS requirement and if you want to be covered by the FEDAS organised deco chamber insurance, then yes, you do need a medical. If you have your own insurance, you probably don't. However, ask different dive centres, and you'll get different answers. They used to be most insistent in the Canaries, but since the UK went self-cert, a lot of places seem to have dropped the requirement. Probably costing them business. | In Malta if you dive with a local school you dont have to have the medical if you dive on your own with a buddy you should have a medical. If you need a medical form email me and i can mail you one.
