I use the 015 and am also looking at a wide angle lens - I have seen
some decent results posted in this NG using the INON lens, but would be
interested to see pics take using other lenses.

Hi guys,
I also have the PT-015 and have just got an Inon UWL-100 lens. Not had
it out anywhere other than the pool but pleased with it so far.
If you have a look thru www.scubaboard.com in their photography
section there are lots of us Oly users. The site is a wealth of
information.

Have you got your strobe yet ? I'm really impressed with mine
but as yet only used it in a quarry. I even got an email from
your contact in Japan asking how it was performing. I'm
not used to that level of customer service.

Hi Richard,
I went for the whole package. Inon Wide, D-180 strobe, fish eye tray
and handle, UCLS arm and brackets. Only had a chance to try it all out
in the pool so far. Can't wait for another Sharm trip lol.
The customs guys didn't sting me too bad either, got that whole lot
into the country for £750 inc. duty, delivery and VAT. Cant really
argue at that price. Delivery was 6 days door to door.
Oh and I found out that if you have home insurance with CIS they can
add the photography gear as a non-listed extra. Tagged mine on for £35
new for old replacement, all risks.

What even flooding? If so, that's well worth knowing.

As a followup, does anyone know how much duty has to be paid if I import
an INON lens from Japan?

Thanks again Nick

Hi all

In answer to the insurance question.................. yes they will
insure it against all risks, including flooding.

>As a followup, does anyone know how much duty has to be paid if I import
>an INON lens from Japan?

As for duty, customes quoted me 6.7% + VAT

Hope that helps.
