| Just a quick question, if some kind soul could help me out. I am looking for the location of the Scubapro/UWATEC European Headquaters as I have had some problems with a UWATEC computer and want to make a complaint. I have looked at the Scubapro and UWATEC web sites but it doesn't say which is the headquaters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Gareth |

Under Trade descriptions you have the right for a refund as the computer has not performed as they (the company) has said. If (on it's return) it still doesnt work or fails, demand a full refund and buy another brand. Not anti-Uwatec by the way, just anti putting up with cr*p. If it's new and broke why does anybody accept a repair????????? Demand a new one!!!!!!!!!! TerryH |

| I have told them that I wanted a replacement. I have since heard back that Uwatec are going to replace it. I'm a bit happier now bit still anoyed at the time taken and at having 2 failures in 5 months. That said having dived with Aladin computers for 8 years, I have never had a problem before.
