Vote of support...

I got some DIY SS fin straps from Woz, and put them on
an old pair of technisubs - and they are great. Very simple
to make and very comfortable too. 1/3 the price of the
retail versions.

Woz,

You doing twinning bands in the foreseeable?

£50 - 60 for a couple of strips of bent stainless offends me.

Failing that, anyone got a surplus pair of bands for a set of sevens
going cheapish?

Get a pair of Agir Brokk ones- I've got some on my 7's and everyone
else drools over them.

http://www.agir-brokk.com/

They are over 50 quid (55 I think) but are a wonderful bit of kit.
Alternatively Beaver are doing extra wide stainless bands rather than
their crappy narrow ones- I can get hold of a set for you if you like
and they are under 50 quid.
