| Anyone know the deepest first stop depth that an Aladin Pro will suggest / demand? 6m, 9m or deeper? David |

| Not too sure, but by going into dive plan and running up 48m for 99 mins gives a first stop of 5 minutes at 21m. a "rads" <radsxxunspamxx@davidradley.freeserve.co.uk> wrote in message news:kc0na019q43no4fco579989anip20hi1j5@4ax.com... > Anyone know the deepest first stop depth that an Aladin Pro will > suggest / demand? > > 6m, 9m or deeper? > > David > |

But as for suggest or demand... hmmmm..... your call. For the helicopter that is. Pete S. |

You really have to go some to get it that far though. IIRC that its depth sensor (or display) is only good for 129m too. They only seem to go to 188 minutes of dive time too before wrapping round to zero. (So 200 minutes reads as 12) They implode round about 170m I'm told. Gordon |

Thanks to Gordon and Andrew for useful replies. David |

They just get to 129m and stop there. If it's set to feet it's the same depth - 427 fsw - so presumably it's the sensor. The older ones go much deeper - I still have a few for that reason. Many have been to over 200m without problems. They also keep computing beyond what's on the display. On one dive I managed to get the total ascent time to over 99 minutes. We'd been decompressing for 15 minutes (deepest stop was 24m IIRC) before it clicked down to 98. That's when we knew it would be a loong hang. Luckily it was in warm water in Belize. Andy |
