| Anyone else getting spam from Divemaster scuba? That would be mailto:mike@divemasterscuba.com or even mailto:divemasterscuba@aol.com He's even had the cheek to threaten me with legal action! Shame he's already broken the law as far as the European anti-spam laws are concerned. I'm sure his ISPs (NTL and Proweb/INFINET-IS.COM) will be very interested to know that he's breaking their terms and conditions. What a shame I'll never visit his web site or buy anything from him. And he best he could do in his reply to me? Criticise my spelling. Doh! Thats Mike Harris <mike@divemasterscuba.com> or <divemasterscuba@aol.com> Gordon |

I did an investigaton into email disclaimers some time back when asked to do it for a company I was providing support services for, and the general conclusion is that disclaimers are meaningless, more-so if they are at the bottom - (I had disclaimers go out at the top of every email for this particular company for a while!) I meam, whats the point on putting "if you read this in error" at the bottom when you have already read the entire document to get to the bottom! Anyway - this is it: "E-mail warning ______________________ The information in this e-mail and any attachments is confidential and may be subject to legal professional privilege.
