Default Another spammer to educate..

Anyone else getting spam from Divemaster scuba?

That would be mailto:mike@divemasterscuba.com or even
mailto:divemasterscuba@aol.com

He's even had the cheek to threaten me with legal action! Shame he's
already broken the law as far as the European anti-spam laws are
concerned. I'm sure his ISPs (NTL and Proweb/INFINET-IS.COM) will be
very interested to know that he's breaking their terms and conditions.

What a shame I'll never visit his web site or buy anything from him.

And he best he could do in his reply to me? Criticise my spelling. Doh!

Thats Mike Harris <mike@divemasterscuba.com> or <divemasterscuba@aol.com>

I suspect the disclaimer bit is to do with the fact that he seems to think
that whatever was in it gives him the right to send unsolicited email. Go
on, do share!

Oh, it's the usual made-up stuff. I did an investigaton into email
disclaimers some time back when asked to do it for a company I was
providing support services for, and the general conclusion is that
disclaimers are meaningless, more-so if they are at the bottom - (I had
disclaimers go out at the top of every email for this particular company
for a while!) I meam, whats the point on putting "if you read this in
error" at the bottom when you have already read the entire document to
get to the bottom!

Anyway - this is it:

It'll be this bit that he is referring to...
