| Sorry if I upset anyone. I did check the groups charter, and on the version I found it did say that "Short commercial advertisements of products, services etc" were permitted. I included the word 'advert' before the post as requested. By all means feel free not to use me as a web designer though if you don't want to, if my posting offends you. - Rich |

I tend to find that anything that starts with "Please forgive me if this post is outside the group's charter" will be exactly that. Not offended or upset, but as i've never seen you post here before, have something completely off-topic, and are offering a commerical service it does come across heavily as being spam that you wouldn't be following up - but just the fact that you have seen and replied to replies does raise my opinion of the post though, since it does mean you are watching and not just sending it to every group on your news server. I still wouldn't use you like, since I can do my own web pages (and £240 for 5 simple pages seems a bit excessive since i'm guessing they will be on a server you already own / use, and for the extra bandwidth for basic html to be really relevant you need a *lot* of visitors to the site). Oh and nobody trying to sell web hosting DOESN'T have a site of his own, and uses a hotmail account. (I was going to try to reverse-scam this scammer but it's been ruined by people pointing out ukrecscuba.org.uk) |
