Paypal charges are high.

Is it the case that once you "upgrade" your account to accept a paypal
credit card payment that all payments incur a 3.4%+20p charge?

Yes it is - hence the reason why most sellers have a "add 3% if using
paypal" line in their add somewhere.

paypal" line in their add somewhere.

And if using fleabay against their T&C, so if buying I'd not pay it
