Use one myself. Has the titan first stage (diaphram), and the glacia second.
Have no problems, and compares well to my other halfs Scubapro MK25/S600
which is a high end piston.

As the name suggests it is adapted for cold water use. Some people dislike
the comfobite mouthpiece (with a piece of rubber to keep your lips warmer),
but if you have a problem this can easily be changed (standard mouthpiece).

Never had a reliability issue with it (but then again I dont have regs
serviced!!)
