Talk to FRANK - don't you watch the TV?

Although I'd bit a bit wary about the "getting out of a feet first ascent"
drill, He and fast ascents tends to give you a quick ride in the chopper....

Oh I remember doing this in the pool on AOW (yes I did Drysuit).
The only problem was that just as it was getting to be fun the
instructor wanted to stop playing.
