Dog's danglies, but I don't use a crushed neoprene suit. I wear the Arctic
under a 100g thinsulate with a membrane suit and they keep we very warm. I
don't wear the Arctic unless the water is below 10 degrees as I find them
too warm - I wear normal xerotherm instead. My suit isn't totally dry
either, and they do a great job of retaining insulation. They're a great
piece of kit.

I've worn them under a 4.5mm crushed neoprene suit (in 8 degrees) and
been lovely and warm. Only place I felt chilly was my feet! Personally
I don't find thinsulates very comfortable so the fourth element kit was
ideal and is very comfy to wear.
