I've seen freedivers use shampoo in bottles to help them get in to their
rubber suits. Other use KY Jelly - avalable by the litre in Vet/Farming
supplies shops for under 2 quid. (Eg. Mole Valley Farmers if you are in the
SW)

As per Gordons suggestion, vetlube works really well. Just don't push
so hard when you go through the seals - you could come out the other
side!

I use it to get out of the suit as well.
