Consider Membrane or someting like Aerdura. Any reason you're set on
Neoprene?

A torn seal is just that, It's dead Jim. Although Rich Meese did a dive
at Icebreakers with a tempory Gaffa Tape repair

Shoulder Auto is about standard now, AFAIK you'll actually have to ask
for a cuff.
